In the age of the generative AI gold rush, compute capacity has emerged as the definitive currency of power. Seeking a dominant position within this ecosystem, Oracle has positioned itself as the strategic infrastructure partner for OpenAI's expansion across the United States. The scale of the ambition is staggering: total investments in specialized data center construction are projected to reach approximately $300 billion.
